According to her grandmother, the child is still in a critical condition. She revealed that the little girl suffered severe injuries that have left her unable to use her private parts or her anus. The grandmother added that the child will remain under close medical supervision for at least a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cShe\u2019s in pain\u2026 this is too much. Even her neck was damaged because she was stabbed,\u201d the grandmother told Diepsloot News.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The family says the child\u2019s mother is also struggling to cope with the trauma. \u201cShe\u2019s not good at all \u2014 she\u2019s weak and stressed,\u201d the grandmother explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Community members and patrollers continue to search for Mlungisi Dlodlo (28), who is on the run. Dlodlo, a Zimbabwean national, had recently been released from prison before the attack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
