Three young men from Limpopo have exemplified perseverance and commitment by cycling all the way from Burgersfort in Limpopo to Cape Town.
Their journey aims to inspire other youths to steer away from drugs and gangsterism—issues that have long plagued black communities.
Max Ndou (24), Gauta Mahlakoane (23), and Karabo Mokoo (22) overcame a recent setback involving one of their own, but still managed to reach the Mother City after 14 days on the road.
In recognition of their determination and resilience, the Limpopo government hosted a welcome celebration for them at a hotel in Cape Town’s City Bowl.
