The Volkswagen Polo that three police officers were traveling in has been recovered.The vehicle was pulled from the Hennops River in Centurion, Tshwane, on Thursday.
SAPS National Spokesperson Brigadier Athlenda Mathe, speaking from the scene, confirmed that the wrecked vehicle is the same VW Polo in which constables Linda Cebekhulu (24), Boipelo Senoge (24), and Keamogetswe Buys (30) were traveling.
The officers were en route from Bloemfontein to Limpopo last Wednesday when they went missing.
Their bodies were discovered earlier this week in the Hennops River.
