Digify Africa is a Nonprofit Organization (NPO) the organization founded in 2001. It aims to create access to quality digital skills for marginalized communities. The organization have various free training programmes such as Boost With Facebook, Online Digital skills workshops that teach entrepreneurs how to better utilize social media platforms like Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram for business growth.
The organization offer free online classes aimed at entrepreneurs via their Boost With Facebook programmes these are the sessions that are held either online or in person and they help get the entrepreneurs comfortable with creating a digital footprint using Facebook apps.
Ilizwe lam is an online safety workshop for pupils, teachers and parents, this programmes is delivered both online and in classroom and aims to teach teens how to navigate their online space it different social media issue such as cyberbullying and entrepreneurship.
The programmes runs for only ten weeks, digital marketing course that is open to the youth. The programmes teaches participants who are interested in digital skills like social media management, analytics and content creation.
Boost With Facebook Project manager Keneilwe Malotle said “currently, online marketing is one of the most accessible forms of marketing. The traditional marketing can cost a lot of money to maintain but with online marketing, even the smallest investment can make a big impact.
