Police Minister Bheki Cele visit Mthokozisi Ntumba a 35-year-old man home at Kempton Park to meet his grieving family on Thursday. After Ntumba was shot dead allegedly police on Wednesday while they were dispersing protesters in Braamfontien .The father of three was killed while leaving a close clinic to the protest where students had been demanding the non- registration students with historical debts.
Cele said he could neither explain nor defend the actions of the police officers who fired on protesting students in Braamfontien.the minister of Police Bheki Cele said” I can’t explain it , it’s something without an inch and has no grain of explanation in it.”
Ntumba has recently obtained his master’s degree.
