DIEPSLOOT – With just 2 days until the 2025 matric final exams, Diepsloot Ward Councillor Julius Maake continues to demonstrate his commitment to education and community development.
The 2025 October/November National Senior Certificate (NSC) Examinations for Grade 12 learners will officially commence on 21 October 2025, marking a crucial milestone for thousands of learners across the country.
In a show of leadership and encouragement, Cllr Maake visited several study groups across Diepsloot twice in one night—first around 10 p.m., and again at 1 a.m. this morning—to motivate learners who have been studying late into the night. His visits highlight his ongoing dedication to the youth and their academic success.
“We want our learners to know that their hard work is seen and appreciated. Their success is the community’s success,” said Cllr Maake.
The councillor’s visits have inspired learners and parents alike, reinforcing the importance of community support during the exam season. As the countdown continues, Diepsloot residents are encouraged to rally behind the #ClassOf2025 and create an environment that promotes focus, discipline, and excellence.
