The community of Diepsloot Extension 7 has been left distraught after a devastating fire burned several shacks last night.
The cause of the fire is still unknown, and there are no reports of fatalities or serious injuries.
Affected residents are seeking assistance to rebuild their lives. Diepsloot Ward 113 councillor Abraham Mabuke is calling on local businesses, individuals, and NGOs in Diepsloot and surrounding areas to assist with materials to rebuild shacks, as well as furniture, clothing, cooking supplies, and food.
