Mr Ngqobizitha Hadebe was rushed to Pinehaven Life Hospital after he reportedly began screaming and bleeding heavily from the mouth while travelling in a taxi from Krugersdorp towards Lion Park.
According to a Cosmo City community leader, the incident occurred shortly before the taxi reached Cradlestone Mall. The community leader appealed to fellow passengers and the driver to rush Hadebe to hospital for medical assistance.
The doctor reportedly indicated that he would be assisted and transferred later.
