The Diepsloot Senior League season has come to an end, and teams that performed admirably are celebrating the dedication and hard work of their players.
Among them is Diepsloot Celtic Football Club, which recently hosted its annual awards ceremony to mark the conclusion of a grueling but rewarding campaign.The club secured a 6th-place finish in the RCLA Diepsloot Stream Senior League, showing promise and competitiveness throughout the season.
One of the standout performers of the night was 17-year-old Omatla “Mbappe” Mathe, who walked away with an impressive four awards. Mathe was named Player of the Season, and also claimed the Most Assists, Team Spirit, and Fan’s Favorite accolades.Diepsloot Celtic Football Club is already looking ahead with ambition, aiming to build on this season’s foundation and improve in the next campaign.
